Very comfortable, clean, and with many amenities. Not in a tourist area, but bank, groceries, etc in walking distance. Front desk was VERY helpful in many ways. The food was also first rate. As in most of Indonesia, "English speaking" actually means English reading/writing. But with good will and Google translate, we got along.

The room was super clean, with great design. Lots of storage in the cabinets, comfy bed. The staffs were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Interior design in the hotel was amazing, I love how they use old style Indonesian culture design, some spots could have more lighting though.
